As a member of Viet Nam National University – Ho Chi Minh City (VNU – HCMC), Laboratory for Nanotechnology (LNT) is located at Community 6, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District. LNT is dedicated to expand the realm of nano science and nano technology through exploration of new dimensions of knowledge and application of nanotechnology into our casual life.

By promoting an interdisciplinary approach, we focus on researches about nano materials and nano devices with the combination of many researchers in various fields of science such as electricity, electronics, physics, chemistry, material technology, biology… Our main research orientations are: thin films materials, nano materials and carbon nanotubes, materials for biotechnology, nano materials property – structure analysis, LED & laser technology, MEMS, biological nanosensors, ect.

• Developing the scientific research in Micro - Nanotechnology and transfering research results from universities to industry,
• Supporting industrial sectors for doing research on materials and microelectronics,
• Teaching the Micro - Nanotechnology for graduated and post graduated programs,
• Collaborating with joint - ventures and foreign companies for doing research, training and technology transfer in micro electronics and other sectors.
